Financial Feasibility

Financing Applications
NYAH can prepare federal, state and local funding applications or serve as a peer-review on the final submission. Our expertise includes but is not limited to 9% LIHTC transactions and 4% LIHTC with tax-exempt bonds, preservation projects utilizing project-based Section 8, Year 15 refinancings, and HUD RAD conversions.
Financial Closings
NYAH’s experience with complicated financial closings allows us to see the roadblocks well before they prevent a deal from closing. We know how to find creative solutions and solicit feedback from the various stakeholders early in the process. NYAH’s experience has taught us to ask the right questions to ensure that deal dynamics are properly documented and clients are able to maximize their investment while meeting all the federal, state and local laws, regulations and requirements that are unique to affordable housing.
RFPs/RFQS
NYAH has worked with several Clients on RFP and RFQ responses for the development of City-owned land and the preservation of public housing. We can assist with the modeling, preparation and effective presentation of the financial portion of the response.
