Catherine Townsend, Principal

Catherine started NYAH Advisors, LLC in 2016 after serving as a Vice President in the development department at the New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYCHDC). Building upon 20 years of working in the affordable housing industry both on the development and financing side of transactions, she has financed and/or developed over 7,000 apartment units over the course of her career, exceeding $1 billion in financing.

Diana Glanternik, Associate Principal

Diana has 20 years of experience in the field of affordable housing with expertise in structuring energy efficiency lending programs, executing resiliency projects, and managing complex preservation deals. Prior to joining NYAH Advisors in 2017, she worked as an Assistant Vice President at the New York City Housing Development Corporation and before that, as a Supervising Analyst in the Housing Unit at the NYC Office of Management and Budget which provided her with extensive exposure to housing finance policy in New York.

Dara Yaskil, Senior Development Associate

Dara joined NYAH at the beginning of 2022 after working as the Executive Director of Multifamily Stabilization Programs at NYC Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) for over six years. She held a variety of positions during her six-year tenure at HPD with a primary focus on green initiatives to help preserve and maintain existing affordable housing.
